|Recommended: YesThank you Modera for a wonderful year in downtown Berkeley. We felt at home with our small family and our two pets. We had nothing to worry about, everything went very smoothly. We had amazing amenities like the roof deck, barbecue area, gym, parking, and even building security. But the most important thing was the support from Michael and his team. I really felt like there was a team of people ready to listen and help, not just an online system where you can submit your requests or expectations. Michael and his team were very helpful during our departure, helping us with all the things that needed to be taken care of and allowing us to leave with peace of mind. We look forward to coming back

It’s 1 block from UCB and the Management team is simply ‘The Best ” They will take good care of you from the initial visit, apartment setup, move in, local referral and package delivery. They are the complete package and they deliver it all to your satisfaction.

|Recommended: YesOverall- Lovely Placr — Although there is some disorganization with their handling of paper work and some sensors are a bit finicky, the staff is super friendly and the facilities are clean as well as new. Additionally, it’s location near the UC Berkeley campus yet distance from Southside makes it a nice place for upperclassmen undergrads and graduate students to live.

|Recommended: NoI like this place but — At the moment there are too many technical problems in my room. My digitalized heater isn’t working and neither is my washer, because the water isn’t running.

Not only are we enjoying the fabulous location with all the restaurants, bars and public transport nearby but also the brand new and stylish appliances in our home. Having an in home washer dryer was a huge plus for us when choosing the next place to live
The Leasing staff is always super friendly and helpful. Thanks for making us feel welcome no matter what. All in all a community I gladly recommend
